Admission CriteriaA minimum of five (5) subjects at CSEC General Proficiency (at least Grade III) or GCSE 'O' level (at least Grade C). These subjects must include, English Language, while Mathematics would be an asset.
OR
Mature applicant (21 years and over) who has evidence of adequate exposure to the maritime sector together with a 'Pass' at the University of Guyana Entrance Examination (UGEE).
OR
Any qualification considered by the University to be equivalent to any of the above in keeping with the approved 'Framework for Equivalent Entry Level Qualifications for Entry into the University of Guyana' AP&PC 18/2021-2022 (R).
